This website
The site is provided as it is, for information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or never goes down. The text, images, code and marks on it are ours, and you may not copy them for your own commercial use without our written permission.
Our apps
Apps are licensed, not sold. Your licence comes from the App Store and is governed by Apple's standard licence agreement for applications, together with anything specific we present inside the app. Subscriptions renew and are cancelled through your Apple account, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Our apps are consumer software. Nothing in them is medical, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our apps. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
